Fluffy banana oat pancakes made with simple ingredients and no fuss. They’re easy to whip up on a busy morning and great for meal prep too.

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Ripe Bananas (smashed)

  • 4 Large Eggs (beaten)

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats

  • Optional: Cinnamon, Nutella, Peanut Butter, Cream, Maple Syrup

Directions

  • Smash the bananas.
  • Beat the eggs and add to the bananas. Mix well
  • Add the oats and mix well.
  • Heat a pan and once ready add a few spritz of oil. I started on high and reduced to medium, each stove setting will be different.
  • Cook the pancakes until they are sturdy and have a nice colour. Careful when flipping as they are more sensitive then traditional pancakes.
  • Enjoy, they are very versatile!
